This place is great don't listen to the naysayers. Whoever had the experience that I would say that this place was shit. I don't know what that person is talking about. I live around the neighborhood and I've been going to this place for years and it never disappoints.

Love the ambience and the food here. Service is a hybrid. Order at the cashier and they bring food to your table. A cozy place for my family gathering. All 13of us had a great meal and great time.

What a cute and comforting neighborhood gem.
Ambiance: super cute decor and very homey. You order at the counter and sit down and they come to bring you your food and clean up after you as well. two tvs on either side of the room
Service: great! super friendly and thorough, and again a very neighborhood/family restaurant vibe.
Food:
The meat pastries were so good and very affordable! Rice, beans, salad were great. cheese balls were great and also $1/cheese ball. The fish was a little dry and pricey but the flavor was there, I def want to return to try the other things as well.
Churros: soo good, I believe they're filled with some cream? And came with a side of nutella like dipping sauce. Pound cake was a little dry.
A rare gem in the middle of culver city, I definitely want to return and try other things on the menu. -
